Josie Gledhill – 48 – Mum of Two

I began “Yoga with Sue” around a year ago because when Sue was learning to teach yoga she needed to practice on someone who had NEVER done yoga before! I was the perfect candidate!

I am nearly 48 years old, have 2 beautiful primary school age boys, lead a fairly inactive lifestyle (the dog gets a walk if she’s lucky), have “dodgy” body parts (bad shoulder, knee, overweight, high blood pressure, thyroid condition … the list continues to grow) and I thought I was not a “yoga” kind of person! I am also the kind of person who has found it difficult to commit to a consistent exercise program until now!

Now I am so happy to say that I love Yoga with Sue! Sue has an easy going nature, is absolutely welcoming, she takes the time to get to know you and how your body operates and shows you ways to adjust the poses to suit you. During the meditation segments of the class her voice has an amazing soothing and calming quality and she connects with people in a way that allows you to be exactly who you are and to accept and appreciate who you are as well!

I look forward to my Yoga with Sue. The sessions have helped me to understand my body and mind and I can see the positive flow on effect to other parts of my life! If you thought you’d never be a yoga person either; try Yoga with Sue … you’ll love it!
