Welcome to a space where you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect. Sue’s inclusive, uplifting yoga classes are designed to support every body and every level, helping you build strength, flexibility and calm, while finding balance both on and off the mat.
In the midst of busy schedules and full lives, Sue offers a welcome inner sanctuary, a place to pause, reset and nourish your mind, body and spirit. Whether you’re seeking energy, ease or simply time to yourself, our classes meet you exactly where you are.
All classes always conclude with a guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra). The blissful smiles Sue receives from students after relaxation are the inspiration to keep doing what she loves to do.
