Yoga with Sue is ‘Yoga for All’. We all come with different shapes and sizes, abilities and challenges. Together we share a similar goal, to discover how to stretch and relax in a pleasurable way, to live with peace and ease.
Through the practice of yoga, both on and off the mat, we are guided to become our own teacher, to recognise & learn how to release physical and emotional tension, finding balance & harmony in body and mind.
Whether you choose a mixed level group class or private class catered to your individual needs, Sue will safety guide you through your practice.
Sue will always offer alternatives to any postures, for a gentler or deeper practice, incorporating focused breath work to support you on your own yoga journey.
Sue’s classes always conclude with a guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra). The blissful smiles she receives from students after relaxation are the inspiration to keep doing what she loves to do.
